SLP-approved, SAFE, evidence-based HOME EXERCISES commonly recommended by Speech-Language Pathologists for children with speech delay, autism, oral-motor weakness, and feeding difficulties.

⚠️ Important principle first

Modern SLP practice focuses on FUNCTIONAL movements, not forceful oral exercises.
No blowing candles, whistles, or non-speech strength drills unless purpose-based.
